SPsolutions is an engineering company based at Martigny that was formed in 2006 by Fabrice Dumont-Dayot. To begin with, this SME worked only for the fine chemicals industry, but it gradually diversified into the fields of pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

SPsolutions offers the following services:

•    Engineering focused on process control, with a particular specialisation in the optimisation of industrial processes.
•    Turnkey installations (including electrical, ventilation and engineering aspects), in which SPsolutions deals with everything, from design to commissioning.
•    Management of energy efficiency in industry.
•    Industrial process automation.

SPMassia, a subsidiary of SPsolutions, was formed in 2012 and has employees in Bangladesh and Peru as well as Geneva. It is oriented towards modelling and data readings, and uses the latest tools such as 3D laser scanning.

Client base and markets

SPsolutions manages around 100 projects per year. It works mainly in the fields of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrifood, energy, biofuel, perfumery, and hospitals. At present, its market is in western Switzerland, and it deals with the international market via its subsidiary SPMassia. Its main client base continues to be small- and medium-sized industrial companies (from 20 to 500 employees) involved in energy transformation.
