Lynxx Business Solutions SA is an SME specialising in HR and payroll management software. It began as a pioneer in a new market, but has rapidly become one of Switzerland's largest suppliers in the field.

Client base and market

The company was formed in Vevey in 1995, moving its headquarters to Sion in 2006. Most of its 120 clients are large SMEs with between 150 and 1000 employees. The list includes names such as Conforama Suisse, Ferring, World Economic Forum, Debiopharm, EFTA/AELE, as well as 15 municipalities in Valais, including Sion and Martigny. In all, Lynxx's solutions cover around 15,000 employees.

In 2015, in addition to its payroll and HR software, Lynxx began marketing Eurécia, an innovative and completely multilingual (FR/EN/DE/ES/IT) range of software aimed at simplifying and automating HR administration and management processes. This solution is based around 5 main modules: Leave & Absence, Time & Activities, Expenses, Resource Planning, and HR Monitoring. The Eurécia range is available in SaaS mode and offers a simple, flexible, and easily accessed solution that can be implemented quickly, so that administrative tasks can be simplified and costs and investments reduced.
